EMR v1 — History & Physical
One vertical slice: a new-patient H&P run alongside Athena for note-quality comparison.
Stage 1 — Front Desk Intake is built. It renders the front-desk portion of the MLSS paper intake form (demographics, past medical/surgical/family history, social history) from a typed config and saves a patient intake record.
Workflow (v1 spec)
Front desk → Nurse → Surgeon. Each stage pre-populates the next.
Nurse stage (vitals, medications, allergies) is built — open it from the intakes list once front-desk/patient intake is done; it advances the encounter intake → roomed.
Surgeon stage (HPI, full Review of Systems, physical exam by system, assessment & plan) is built — open it from the intakes list once the patient is roomed. It shows patient + front-desk + nurse data as read-only context and advances the encounter roomed → completed. All surgeon fields are config-driven (stage: 'surgeon'), including the Review of Systems transcribed from page 2 of the paper form.
